One of the most scenic treks in Kullu Valley with a very moderate and safe climb. Starting from the heritage village of Naggar, the trek winds through the dense pine and oak forests . A carpet of snow and flowers takes us to the 11,800 feet Chandrakhani Pass. The trek commands an enchanting view of Kullu Valley and snow covered peaks of Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal Ranges. Our treks have leadership, team work and character building inherent in the way we conduct the treks.

A suitable trek for beginners, the climb to Churdhar starts from Nauradhar just 5 hours from Chandigarh. The trek is through beautiful pine and cedar forests and as one goes higher, you come across beautiful meadows. One gets a great sense of accomplishment at the summit whcih provides panaromic views of Dhauladhar Ranges and the Shivaliks.

At an altitude of 14,010 feet, Hampta Pass is one of the most stunning trekking options that Himachal Pradesh has to offer. Although it has a comparatively moderate level of difficulty, Hampta Pass trek is a fantastic opportunity for amateurs and veterans alike. It is bound to captivate the trekkers with its alluring landscapes and spectacular vistas. Dense pinewood forests, endless green meadows, rustling mountain streams, vibrant wildflowers, daunting mountains, beautiful valleys, serene lakes, and pools – the entire trail of Hampta Pass is dotted with everything you can dream of to witness on a trek.

Beas Kund trek gives you the chance to cross mountains and travel to the source of the Beas River. At the beginning of its course, it splits into numerous streams; some of which are formed by the melting of glaciers. Other small tributaries of the parent stream arise from a small yet spellbinding alpine lake. You begin Beas Kund trekking from here, and negotiate a rigorous and long ascent to the camping spot of Bakartach. The following leg of the tour is lengthy, rigorous and scenically amazing. Making your way to the lake, you will come across many enchanting scenes, which you should take lots of photos of. After about five hours of keeping on the path, the Beas Kund trek package will finally bring you to the pond, and then back to Bakartach. The final phase of your excursion involves hiking down to Solang Valley and then driving to Manali.

The Markha Valley Trek traverses through the picturesque district of Kashmir, nestled at an impressive altitude of 17,070 ft. Spanning approximately 120 km from start to finish, this trek presents a moderate-level challenge, making it suitable for those with prior trekking experience, though beginners are also welcome. Along the route, you'll encounter quaint villages adorned with traditional Tibetan kitchens and adorned with fluttering Buddhist prayer flags, offering glimpses into the rich cultural tapestry of the region. Initially winding through barren, desert-like landscapes, the trek gradually unveils the verdant splendor of the Markha Valley, a stark contrast to the rugged terrain preceding it. As you journey through the Hemis National Park, nature's bounty unfolds before your eyes, with rolling hills, grazing argali, elusive snow leopards, and other wildlife sightings adding to the enchantment of the camping experience.

FAQs - TREKS
Does one need to be extremely fit in order to trek?
Undoubtedly trekking is a physically strenuous activity but to trek you do not need to be extremely fit. A basic level of fitness and good health is required.
What about protection from the cold?
During the trek we take care of all such aspects and provide everyone with proper tents, warm sleeping bags and hot water. The weather in the hills is always very unpredictable but in extreme conditions also we ensure to keep you warm. We can always light up a small fire whenever you want.
What about accommodation during the treks?
Trekking is all about being outdoors and during the trek we stay in tents. A mixture of dome and alpine tents are used depending on the trek.
What about the washrooms during the trek?
In the base camp there are proper fixed structure washrooms. During the climb and in the advance camp we pitch special toilet tents.
Will we have to cook our meals?
No, Pep Turf provides three high nutrition meals along with refreshments and snacks to our clients. We ensure a different menu for each day and give you the food you deserve after a tiring climb.
